Your information is used to manage your account, process class bookings, send class reminders, facilitate communication between you and administrators, and ensure participant safety through health information.
Your data is stored securely using Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Apple’s security standards. Local data is stored on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your health information and emergency contacts are only accessible to Bounce Evolve administrators for safety purposes.
With your permission, we send local notifications for class reminders. You can manage notification preferences in your device’s Settings at any time.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can edit your profile directly in the App or delete your entire account from the Profile screen. Account deletion permanently removes all your data from our systems.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data (profile, bookings, chat messages) is permanently removed from our servers.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard security measures including Apple’s CloudKit encryption, secure device storage, and HTTPS for all data transmission to protect your information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
