StickyMinder (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how StickyMinder collects, uses, stores, and safeguards your information when you use the StickyMinder mobile application (“App”).
• Audio recordings created or uploaded by you
• Images and photos taken or uploaded (documents, notes, math problems)
• Text input, reminders, notes, and to-do items
• Calendar entries you create through the App
StickyMinder creates an anonymous account to track app usage. This account consists of:
• A randomly generated user identifier (UUID)
• An email address (used solely for account recovery and support)
• Session tokens to keep you signed in
This information is stored securely via Supabase and is used only to monitor usage volume for service continuity and fair-use billing purposes.
We do not build profiles, target advertising, or share this data with third parties for any commercial purpose.
StickyMinder accesses the following only with your explicit permission:
• Microphone — to record audio for transcription, translation, and reminders
• Camera — to capture documents, notes, and images for text extraction
• Photos — to upload images for OCR or PDF conversion
• Calendar — to create reminders and to-do items
• Speech & Audio Input — for live transcription and translation
StickyMinder does not access your contacts, location, or any other personal identifiers beyond those listed above.
Your data is used only to provide app functionality, including:
• Audio transcription using AI services
• Live speech translation displayed as text in real time
• Optical Character Recognition (OCR) from photos and documents
• Math problem recognition and step-by-step solutions
• PDF creation and export
• Reminder and to-do scheduling via your calendar
• Monitoring usage volume to ensure fair and sustainable service
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or tracking.
We do not retain your data for personal gain or sell any information to third parties.
StickyMinder routes AI requests through a secure Cloudflare Worker to keep API credentials private and protect your data in transit.
Third-party AI services may be used to perform:
• Audio transcription
• Live translation
• Text extraction (OCR)
• Math problem analysis
• Audio, images, and text are processed only to perform the requested task
• We do not store or sell your data for AI training purposes
• API keys are never exposed to users or stored on your device
• All data sent to AI services is encrypted in transit via HTTPS
• Cloudflare processes request metadata (such as IP address) subject to Cloudflare’s own privacy policy
• Audio, images, and documents are stored locally on your device unless you export or back them up
• Temporary AI processing data is deleted immediately after the task is completed
• Account data (user ID, email) is stored on Supabase servers and retained while your account is active
• Subscription and purchase history is managed by RevenueCat and retained per their data retention policy
• You may delete all local app data at any time from Settings
We do not retain your content data on our servers beyond what is necessary to fulfill a request.
StickyMinder uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.
RevenueCat may collect and store:
• Your subscription status and purchase history
• A linked user identifier (your Supabase UUID)
• Transaction metadata from Apple App Store or Google Play
Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google.
StickyMinder never sees or stores your payment card details.
RevenueCat’s data practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
StickyMinder records audio only when you actively initiate recording.
You are responsible for:
• Informing others when recording conversations
• Complying with local recording and consent laws
StickyMinder is a tool, and users assume responsibility for lawful usage.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for commercial purposes.
Data is shared only when necessary to:
• Perform AI processing via our Cloudflare Worker (transcription, translation, OCR)
• Authenticate your account via Supabase
• Manage your subscription via RevenueCat
• Export files you explicitly choose to share (PDFs, text)
We implement reasonable security safeguards, including:
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) for all network requests
• Cloudflare Worker proxy to keep AI API keys private
• Supabase Row Level Security to protect account data
• No unnecessary server-side data retention
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
StickyMinder is not intended for children under 4.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You have the right to:
• Control device permissions (microphone, camera, calendar) via iOS Settings
• Delete all local app data from Settings at any time
• Request deletion of your account data by contacting us
• Stop using the App at any time

Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
